SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

An email confirmation should be received once your order has been successfully placed. Additional emails will be sent when your order has been shipped and delivered. All orders are packaged and shipped from our facility in Los Angeles. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days but may take longer if unforeseen circumstances arise. 


Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged within 15 days of being received. For articles to be eligible for exchanges it must align with our standard return policy. Articles must be unworn and in saleable condition with all original tags attached. 


Returns

Orders can be returned within 15 days of being received. Articles must be unworn and in saleable condition with all original tags attached. Returned items received that appear in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless agreed upon with our care team. When a request is successful, an email will be sent with detailed instructions to follow. Once items are received, you will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. International Returns and Exchanges

A pre-paid label will be provided for your return. International returns and exchanges are shipped with DHL.


Refunds/Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment, or to a gift card if the item was purchased on sale, within 7-10 business days. 

Customs/Duties:

Customs duties and import taxes are to be paid by the customer at or before delivery to the customer. Customer is responsible to pay the Customs/Duty charges relating to their purchase. If an item is "return to sender" by the carrier then there will be no refund for shipping cost.
